TRACEY CHEN provides different levels of membership program. For more details about membership rights, please contact our service staff.

Please note that: 

  1. To become our member, just register on TRACEYCHEN.com.  Either a single or cumulative purchases reaching the threshold, you will upgrade to next level of membership.  
  2. Once joined TRACEY CHEN Membership, you will receive NTD$200 gift voucher for your purchases made on TRACEYCHEN.com .
  3. Join our LINE@ and win NTD$100 gift voucher for your purchases made on TRACEYCHEN.com .
  4. Member’s birthday shopping credit could apply to purchases on our official website, in Da-an flagship store, and branches in Shinkong Mitsukoshi department stores. 
    Please notice the birthday credit will be issued on the 1st day of the birthday month and must be used up in the current month. It will be invalid from the next coming month.

TRACEY CHEN會員的每一筆消費均可兌換會員點數，可折抵現金使用!
官網及百貨專櫃消費皆可累積點數，單筆消費亦沒有折換上限，讓您的每次消費都能實現對獨創珠寶的追求。

1. 如何累積點數：正價商品每消費NTD$100元=1點， 1點能折抵1元。
    * 購物後，會員點數會於3天後發放至您的會員帳戶中
    * 特價商品、特殊折扣碼優惠均不列入點數計算
2. 使用點數折抵消費：於官網或百貨專櫃凡購物滿NTD$5,000元，即可使用點數折抵現金，1點能折抵1元，可以跟購物當時的會員折扣、行銷活動並行。
3. 會員點數效期：點數期限至隔年1/31止。每年2月重新累計，請把握效期使用。
