Warranty

TRACEY CHEN JEWELRY is designed and produced by professionals in accordance with the highest standards.

We provide product guarantees, including professional cleaning and inspection services, professional chargeable repair services, safe delivery and customized design services.
Professional refurbishment services shall be charged according to the repair status, and the contents are as follows:

1. Free product warranty period: within one year from the product purchase date. During the free warranty period, if damage occurs during normal use and is judged to be a quality problem, TRACEY CHEN will provide free repair; if it is not a quality problem, wages and material fees will be charged based on the item. Consumers are responsible for sharing the costs related to jewelry repair; such as missing accessories, damage to related conditions or other possible repair problems, consumers are responsible for this part of the cost.
    

   ◉ Gems or diamonds with less than 1 point will be repaired free of charge during the warranty period, and gems or diamonds with more than 1 point will be charged for labor and materials.

   ◉ The pearls fall off and the needles remain unbroken. The original pearls can be repaired for free.

   ◉ If the needle is broken (the needle is stuck in the pearl) and the pearl is lost, the pearl material fee and salary will be charged.
    

2. If the product has been damaged for more than one year since the date of purchase, and returned for repair, a repair fee of NT$800 or more will be charged as the case may be. The cost of gems, jade, and pearls will be charged separately; according to the frequent wear of the customer, Jewelry may need to be re-cleaned and gold-plated from time to time. This situation is normal, especially for rings and necklaces that are often worn. Gold-plating needs to be charged separately. The company reserves the right to provide maintenance services.
    
3. The company does not have to bear any related responsibility for consumers' improper use of wearing products or arbitrarily changing the appearance of the product, thereby causing damage to the gems, emeralds, pearls and metal materials on the accessories.
    
4. For the following items, TRACEY CHEN does not provide one-year warranty for maintenance.

    ◉ Injury or damage caused by inadvertent or deliberate use of the user, or caused by other factors such as human, external force, improper wearing, etc.

   ◉ Damage caused by poor maintenance, such as pits and breakage.

   ◉ Damage caused by the user's arbitrary modification and alteration of the structure and function.
